Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Voxie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voxie.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxie. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
Account Registration
To use certain features of Voxie, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
User Content
Voxie allows you to create and share voice recordings, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant Voxie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
- Your content does not violate any third party's rights
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
Acceptable Use Policy
Voxie is a global community. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, you agree NOT to post content or engage in behavior that:
- Promotes hate: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition
- Harasses or bullies: Targeted harassment, threats, intimidation, or content intended to humiliate others
- Contains illegal content: Content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or exploitation
- Involves minors inappropriately: Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Spreads misinformation: Deliberately false information that could cause harm, particularly regarding health, safety, or elections
- Infringes intellectual property: Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains spam or scams: Unsolicited promotional content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
- Impersonates others: Content that falsely represents your identity or affiliation with another person or organization
- Contains graphic violence: Gratuitously violent, gory, or disturbing content
- Sexually explicit content: Pornography or sexually explicit material
Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:
- Monitor User Content posted on the Service
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

Intellectual Property
The Voxie name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Voxie. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Voxie, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Voxie uses third-party services to provide certain features, including:
- OpenAI for voice transcription
- Apple and Google for authentication
- Cloud hosting providers for data storage
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
